Refund Policy

This policy is a guide only, and is intended to provide general information on returns available to our clients. This is in no manner a legally-binding document.

Summary:

All services we provide are by contract terms, which vary based upon many different factors. Current clients are urged to reference their service contract for details on these matters. Future clients are informed about compensation information during the contract process and are given an opportunity to inquire about certain circumstances in which a refund may be a concern.

Current Clients:

For details on refunds available, please refer to your service contract. Most of the time, you are only charged for services after they have already been provided. Therefore, you are only responsible for paying for services that have been provided, along with any cancellation charges for scheduled services not cancelled in a timely manner per contract terms.

Future Clients:

There is no one size fits all refund policy we can provide, however there are generally a few instances where you may be eligible for a refund. We will provide a summary of these circumstances below.

Security Services

  • Prepaid Services
  • In the event that a client desires to cancel scheduled services, as agreed to under contract terms, the client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to us via email.
    • By providing this notice in the timeframe permitted, the client would be eligible for a full refund minus any applicable payment processing fees incurred by us at the time of purchase and/or at the time of refund.
    • If the client fails to provide proper cancellation notice as described above, the client will be billed a cancellation charge equivalent to 5 service hours, and the remaining monies may be returned, minus any applicable payment processing fees incurred by us at the time of purchase and/or at the time of refund.

Private Investigations

  • Prepaid Services
  • If an investigator has been assigned to a case, but has not yet taken action on the case, the client would be eligible for a full refund minus any applicable payment processing fees incurred by us at the time of purchase and/or at the time of refund.
